FUNDING INITIATIVES
Woodford Community & Environmental Fund
Woodford Waste Management Services, which manages a landfill site on the outskirts of Warboys, is committed to funding community and environmental projects within 10 miles of Warboys and have pledged £140,000 per annum to the process.
This is an online process and the application process is open twice a year and
need to be made by 31 May 2011 and 28 November 2011.

On 18 July 2011 Sport England will be launching Inspired Facilities a key part of their Places People Play programme which aims to deliver a sporting legacy post the 2012 Olympics. Inspired Facilities will deliver relatively small capital grants to refurbish and improve the places where people play sport, improving their sporting experience and encouraging more people to be involved. The aim is to invest through the National Lottery in up to 1,000 community sports clubs.
